Vote for Maldives, at the new 7 wonders of nature
The Maldives Archipelago is competing for the new 7 wonders of nature campaign.
The campaign, conducted by a global poll, is to select the new 7 wonders for the year 2011.
Voting for nominees will continue till July 7 2009. After the first round from 7 groups the best 10 will be qualified for the second round (the top 77 voted nominees on a category group basis). The 77 will be assessed by N7W Panel of Experts for final short.
The Final round will be shortlisted for 21 candidates , and voting for the new 7 wonders of Nature will continue through 2010 and into 2011 by global poll.
The Official New 7 Wonders of the Nature will be declared in 2011.
The Maldives is competing in ISLANDS category. Last week Maldives was at the 9th position , and Maldives have picked up 2 spots rise by the beginning of this week.
We would like to call all Maldives lovers and well wishers to join our effort in promoting Maldives to be at the top of The Official New 7 wonders of Nature to be declared in 2011.
